Final assembly of the tailcone signaled moving the primary shop from the bonus room to the rented garage space.\u00a0 The combined parts are now just to big to get out of the bonus room.\u00a0 So except for small parts prep, the main work will be in the new shop.\u00a0 I will miss the convenience and climate controlled comfort of the bonus room, but this move is a good indicator that progress on the build is steadily moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>I also got word this week from Van&#8217;s that the quickbuild wing and fuselage parts will be delivered in two weeks.\u00a0 The logistics are near perfect, as I anticipate being finished with the tailcone about that same time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMGP5320.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-Nf0X4BJz\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1234\" src=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMGP5320-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"IMGP5320\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMGP5320-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMGP5320-200x200.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Moving day.\u00a0 Fortunately the roughly 9&#8242; longerons and skins fit just perfectly in Rita&#8217;s Highlander with the front seat down. Here Eric is driving and I am bucking the bottom pan to the bellcrank housing ribs.
