A construction laser was then used to locate the nutplate holes through the fiberglass web for accurate drilling.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a smoothing the rivet lines (namely resin fill, followed by SuperFil, Smooth Prime, spot putty, prime and then paint.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a material contains heavy duty grit particles and cured to a rock hard surface.\u00a0 This will provide an excellent surface on the installed steps for getting into the airplane.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMHF0585.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-U6XF4uSm\" data-rl_title=\"\" fairings.\u00a0 Again construction lasers were used for accuracy.\u00a0 The left photo aligns the step reference parallel to the fuselage centerline, while the right ensure vertical alignment to a plumb bob hung from the step.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMHF0586.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-U6XF4uSm\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12696 size-thumbnail\" point.\u00a0 This should ensure minimized wind resistance during flight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rv10.mirimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMHF0591.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-U6XF4uSm\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
